I love what I do, and that’s my greatest reward! I love all things real estate, but there’s an exceptional thrill to the buying and selling side that keeps my adrenaline running. When working with sellers or buyers, I strive to achieve the following: 1. EDUCATE – It’s your money on the line; make sure you fully understand the process. 2. PLAN and STRATEGIZE — Each real estate transaction is unique; therefore, it is paramount that we tailor each transaction to meet your specific needs. 3. PROTECT YOUR INTERESTS: You hired me for a reason, and that reason is to assist you with making one of the most important purchases of your life. When I bought my first home, I did all the legwork while my real estate agent did nothing. When I became an agent, I vowed to do things differently, and I have references to prove it. Most of my business comes to me through referrals from clients who were very pleased with the process, remain happy with their sale or purchase, and now TRUST my brand enough to recommend my services to others. Why should you hire me? First, I am a CLOSER—I have a way of thinking and problem solving that always gets us (my client and I) to the closing table; second, I have a SPECIAL GRACE with people, which allows me to gain favor with those on the other side of the transaction and makes for the smoothest and easiest transaction possible; and last, I am BILINGUAL in French (Je parle français aussi) and English and represent individuals with language barriers, both those who are local or domestic as well as internationals looking to relocate to the Raleigh-Durham and greater triangle area. I am a licensed real estate agent in the GREAT STATE of NORTH CAROLINA. I love that we have access to both the beaches and the mountains in our state, and that we have a temperate climate that allows us to enjoy all four seasons. It doesn't hurt either to know that the Raleigh and Durham metro areas have repeatedly been voted one of the best places to live. Finally, the fact that we are growing while remaining small enough to retain our charm and still be able to travel from one end to the other in 30 to 45 minutes is a plus. I hold a bachelor's and a master's degree in Social Work from NC State University (go Wolf Pack!) and Columbia University, respectively. I love homemade cooking and love to travel. Mostly, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and family.
